Pre-Qualification
Prospective suppliers go through a pre-qualification stage, where KMAC evaluates their capabilities, financial stability, safety records, and adherence to industry standards. Only suppliers meeting our stringent criteria proceed to the next stage.
Expression of Interest (EOI)
Qualified suppliers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI), expressing their intent to partner with KMAC in oil and gas EPC projects. The EOI includes basic company information, an overview of capabilities, and a commitment to comply with relevant industry regulations.
Supplier Questionnaire
Upon acceptance of the EOI, suppliers are provided with a detailed questionnaire. This document captures comprehensive information, including financial statements, certifications, project experience, safety records, and details about the supplier’s engineering and construction capabilities.
Evaluation
KMAC’s technical and commercial teams conduct a thorough evaluation of the submitted documentation. This stage involves assessing the technical capabilities of the supplier, evaluating their proposed solutions, and reviewing pricing structures to ensure competitiveness.
Site Assessment and Audit
Shortlisted suppliers may undergo a site assessment and audit, conducted by our experts. This on-site evaluation includes an examination of facilities, equipment, and quality control processes. Safety protocols and environmental compliance are also scrutinized to ensure alignment with KMAC’s standards.
Contract Negotiation
Successful suppliers enter into contract negotiations with KMAC. This stage involves discussions on contractual terms, project-specific requirements, delivery schedules, and pricing agreements. The goal is to establish a mutually beneficial partnership that aligns with the goals of both parties.
Onboarding and Training
Once the contractual agreements are finalized, suppliers undergo an onboarding process. This includes orientation sessions, safety training, and a thorough understanding of KMAC’s expectations and project specifications. This step ensures that our suppliers are well-equipped to meet our standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Performance Monitoring
Supplier performance is continuously monitored throughout the project. KMAC employs key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Regular feedback sessions and performance reviews contribute to a collaborative and improvement-oriented relationship.
Improvement & Collaboration
KMAC fosters a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Suppliers are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience, and KMAC reciprocates with constructive feedback to enhance collaboration. This iterative process ensures that supplier relationships evolve in line with industry advancements and project requirements.
